Objectives

  • To provide the complete medical care (Both preventive and curative) to its people in association with the advanced technology of medical field such as CT Scan, MRI, Color Doppler, X-ray, ECG, TMT , ECHO, ERCP etc.
  • Conduct undergraduate medical education program by embarking upon latest trends in medical education.
  • Provide tertiary level health care to people through its hospitals / satellites clinics / health camps.
  • Carry out bio-medical, socio-epidemiological research consistent with the needs of the country.
  • Conduct CTEVT program in different fields of allied health sciences
  • Develop links with other universities institutions / organizations in relation to conducting academic programs, providing health care and performing research.
  • Improve the health status of the rural by establishing community satellite health centers / organizing health camp to the far flung communities.

Hospital Management board committee

Bharosa Hospital Chitwan (BHC) is a private organization. The management committee members will be the policy makers and ultimate authority of the hospital. Advisory and academic committee will advise the board, and the Chief Operating Officer with the consent of Chairman will be implementing authority. The management committee will be responsible for overall management of hospital.  The committee is responsible for:

  2. Implementation
  3. Monitoring and Supervision
  4. Evaluation (Internal/External)

Rights and duties of the management committee

  • Take the instruction and decision of the meeting in at force.
  • Responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the hospital.
  • Present the annual programme, annual or supplementary projected budget, and Progress report to BODs.
  • Recruitment of the staffs and their promotion as per the recommendation of selection committee.
  • Fund Management
  • Centralize all the activities and monitoring them effectively.
  • Manage offices, teaching strategy, hospital, laboratory, out patients, inpatients etc.effectively.
